Terms & Conditions
Welcome to GuaGua Walnut.
By purchasing products from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Product Description
All Wenwan walnuts, walnut bracelets, and related products sold by this store are made from natural materials. Each pair may naturally vary in texture, color, size, shape, and appearance.
Some products are one-of-a-kind items. The item you receive will be the exact item shown in the photos or videos.
Color & Patina
Due to lighting, screen differences, and individual polishing methods, product colors may appear slightly different in person.
Wenwan walnuts are natural collectible items. Over time, color changes and patina development will vary depending on usage, environment, and personal handling methods.
Deep Clean / Maintenance Services
If your order includes deep clean or hand-maintenance services, additional preparation time may be required before shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
International shipping may experience delays due to customs, weather, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.
Buyers are responsible for understanding their local customs regulations and any possible import duties or taxes.
Refunds & Returns
Because Wenwan walnuts are natural collectible products, refunds are generally not accepted for personal preference, natural texture variations, or color differences unless the item arrives severely damaged during shipping.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
